Arrival Time

Please aim to arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. If you arrive after your scheduled appointment time, it may not be possible to extend the time available for your booked service. If your service is shortened due to your late arrival, you may still be charged the full cost of the service. 

Consent for Treatment

During your session, your professional esthetician will conduct a complete skin analysis and provide treatment recommendations for which a consent form will be provided.


72-hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 72 hours advance notice you will be charged $25. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.


All clients will be required to submit a Covid-19 screening by completing an information and liability waiver.

Sickness or Family Emergency

If you, or another person in your household, has an infectious or contagious illness, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment for a later date. There is no penalty or timeframe required in this case, for your safety and that of other clients.


Unopened and unused skincare products purchased at PharmEsthetics may be returned in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.
